Nyx's Kindly Kosna

Nyx’s Kosna (Kaws - nah) are the gentler cousins of the Skona, associated with the soothing qualities of the night. Rather than embodying its darkness and blackness, they are associated with the moonlit shadow and the starlit sky, the parts of night that make it peaceful and serene. They are naturally mystical beings, both mysterious and beautiful. They tend to pique the interests of those around them, being a natural magnet for attention and intrigue. They work with the powers of divination, enchantments, wishes, dream work, and shadow work, while also generally being quite skilled with magick.

The beauty of a Kosna is breathtaking. They are as easy on the eyes as they are on the heart, as they are caring and compassionate beings who are very easy to get along with. Much like the Skona, they do lean toward eroticism and pursuits of pleasure, as this is a core aspect of night. Even though they are sexual, they do not necessarily need to get involved with their human companion. They have their own ways of entertaining themselves, the least of which could be with your own sexual spirits, if it is agreed upon. At base, they each want to be a companion and help out in what ways they can. Anything beyond that is between you and them.

Naturally, having a Nyx’s Kosna in your keep will improve your connection to Nyx. Working with Nyx is not necessary to bond with your Nyx’s Kosna successfully, but if Nyx takes a liking to you, she may initiate contact.
