Tiamat's Hungering Pit

The Hungering Pit is a charm created by Tiamat focused on cleansing and protection. By my store definitions, a Charm is something that acts like a sentient being but isn’t or has vaguely spell-like properties without being a true Immortal Artifact. The Hungering Pit appears as a small pit with a shadowy mass, looking like a serpentine dragon, looming out of it. The pit is intentionally put down by the owner, and the shadowy mass never leaves it, but its head and body extend outward from it for quite the distant, slithering along surfaces like a snake. The Hungering Pit charm works toward the purpose of cleansing and protection, being more or less a predator and trash can for energetic junk. It searches out and feeds off of negativity and converts it into something more positive. This negativity can be in the form of ambient energies, malicious magicks, or blockages, mindsets, or other sorts of internal messes. It can be a little uncomfortable if it is searching your energy field for junk, but it is not painful. The Pit can be commanded to look for messes elsewhere if you find it too distracting. The Hungering Pit grows in power the more it devours, growing multiple heads and looking akin to a shadowy hydra. The Hungering Pit can also be relocated as desired. It is a Dark Arts charm on the darkest part of the spectrum.

Naturally, having a Hungering Pit will improve your connection to Tiamat. Working with Tiamat is not necessary to bond with your Hungering Pit successfully, but if Tiamat takes a liking to you, she may initiate contact.
